Notes:

1.   Registration and payment is compulsory for all presenters (authors and co-authors) and participants.

2.   All payments should be made in Euro.

3.   The Registration Fee covers the following: admission to all sessions of the meeting; refreshments during tea/coffee breaks; conference proceedings on CD-ROM; certificate of attendance/certificate of presentation and conference pack.

4.   Student rate applies to undergraduate and postgraduate students. A proof of student status is required.
